Refund policy
§1 Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, select the "request return" button within your account or feel free to contact us at info@littlerovers.eu.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. The return must be paid for by you. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as a return. After acceptance, you're free to create a return label with a carrier of your choice.

§2 Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
All plastic products may have minor defects or color differences that do not affect functionality. These do not count as damage.
§3 Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
§4 European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to or within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The return must be paid for by you. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. §5 Refund
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. No refund can be provided if the items have not been received. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
